DuraMag Van Bodies offers two bodies to meet our customers’ needs: the DuraLite Series and the DuraMag Series. The DuraLite is engineered to be super strong yet light enough to deliver the highest payload in the market. This series is designed for hand loading or hand trucks (not fork truck applicable). In contrast, the DuraMag Series offers everything “cargo related” including Scuff liners, E-Ttrack (aluminum or steel), D-Rings, a variety of flooring options, door options, lift gates, walk ramps, bumpers, and so much more. DuraMag builds in more features than any other manufacturer—100% pure aluminum, high strength with low weight, all LED lights, bonded, rivetless side skins, ½” interior plywood all around, and stainless steel fasteners on roll up door.

The DuraMag Van Body Difference
On a DuraMag Van Body, the body’s side skins are all bonded with 3M VHB tape. This translates to no rivets, and no screws needed. Our body’s smooth sides make your eye-catching graphics not only look great, but also easy to apply.
Furthermore, did you know that DuraMag van bodies include all LED lights as a standard feature.? It’s true. All DuraMag lights are flush mounted with wiring inside of plastic tubing, fully enclosed in box tube to protect the connections from the elements. Many (if not most) of our steel-body competitors come standard with traditional incandescent lights, instead.
Additionally, many manufacturers do not fully box their wiring which leads to accelerated corrosion. DuraMag bodies are constructed with full box tube construction. Steel bodies use C-channel and I-beam construction that allow greater body twisting.
