DuraMag® Truck Bodies and Van Bodies will be attending the 2017 NTEA Work Truck Show on March 14-17 in Indianapolis, IN. The event will be held at the Indiana Convention Center. Admission to the show is free, along with attendance for one educational session. Registration is currently open.

The Work Truck Show 2017 is produced by NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry. According to The Work Truck Show website, this event “gives anyone who buys, uses, manages or maintains commercial trucks and equipment the opportunity to see all the latest product developments on a 500,000-square-foot exhibit floor and learn from industry leaders in an extensive educational conference.” More than 500 companies and organizations will be exhibiting at this year’s event, including truck and van body manufacturers, vocational truck companies, vehicle accessory businesses and more. The NTEA staff will be available during the four-day event to answer technical and regulatory questions for attendees.
Along with an impressive lineup of exhibitors from across the United States, the event features educational sessions. The sessions will cover everything from the latest technical challenges that attendees may be facing in their businesses, to regulatory and environmental concerns. The educational sessions presenters include staff members from truck manufacturers, trade associations, fleet managers, truck equipment distributors, equipment upfitters and truck dealers from around the world. Also presenting will be Governmental representatives from the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy and the California Air Resources Board.
Some of the highlights of the 2017 event include:
- Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long share the stage as keynote speakers on Thursday, March 16.
The Special Session: Rapid Prototyping for Small and Mid-Sized Companies explores the product development life cycle from design to manufacturing.- Advanced vehicle technologies and fuels are highlighted in the Productivity and Fuels Pavilion on the exhibit floor.
- The free Work Truck Show Ride-and-Drive gives attendees the opportunity to drive commercial vehicles incorporating the latest advanced technologies and fuel applications.
Last year’s event broke previous attendance records, drawing in more than 11,905 attendees. This beat the 2015 attendee record of 11,005. According to The Work Truck Show website, attendees came from all 50 states, eight Canadian provinces and 19 countries.
